Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds may opt out by contacting axebet support prior to making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, axebet reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. axebet will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
Sports betting on axebet covers events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sporting events as listed on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. axebet reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or adjust odds in cases of obvious error, event cancellation, or integrity concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, axebet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your axebet Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
axebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if axebet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
axebet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits axebet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
axebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if axebet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, axebet may forfeit your Account Balance.
You may request closure of your axebet Account at any time by contacting the axebet support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and axebet, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
axebet operates in alignment with the online gaming regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by axebet may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
